Kaziranga National Park is another notable wildlife park in India. About eighty percent of the world’s population of the one-horned rhinoceros are found in Kaziranga National Park. It draws many tourists to Assam and is also popular amongst naturalists and environmentalists. Other famous national parks in India include the Gir National Park in Gujarat, Pench National Park and Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh and Periyar National Park in Kerala.
